We were impressed that Dr. Law Wei Seng also received advanced training in fertiloscopy in Lyon, France. He trained under Dr. Antoine Watrelot, the “father of fertiloscopy,” and a world-renowned laparoscopic surgeon.

Health & Fertility Centre for Women is a state-of-the-art facility located in Mount Elizabeth Hospital. At the helm of this medical centre is Dr. Kelly Loi, an obstetrician-gynaecologist with impressive credentials.

First off, Dr. Kelly Loi is a graduate of Oxford Medical School, a fellow of the Academy of Medicine, and a member of the Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists in Singapore. Additionally, she is an authorized IVF Clinician by the Singapore Ministry of Health.

Second, before establishing her private practice at the Health & Fertility Centre for Women, she was a consultant at the KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital. She also received several awards, most notably the Long Sevice Award in 2008.

On the downside, since Dr. Kelly Loi is a famous doctor with a strong following of both locals and ex-pats in Singapore, you can expect some hurdles in booking an appointment. Also, waiting in the clinic can take a long time, and the fees are quite expensive.
