Turning topsy-turvy is all good at the best aerial yoga classes in Singapore!

I first tried aerial yoga a few years ago after getting bored with my regular mat workouts. I was initially worried I’d fall flat on my face, but the instructor made it beginner-friendly and fun.

Since then, I’ve been hooked. It’s low impact, builds strength, and feels like flying!

If you’re curious, here’s my guide to the best aerial yoga classes in Singapore that will suit beginners to experienced practitioners.

Adedance Aerial won me over with its focus on proper technique and a wide range of aerial yoga styles, from flow to stretch classes. The studio caters to all levels, and even as a beginner back then, I felt safely guided every step of the way.

Class sizes are small, which means plenty of hands-on help. Plus, the studio’s central location at Marina One made it super convenient to commute there after work.

Pro-tip: Sessions follow a clear warm-up, main flow, and cool-down structure to prevent injuries.

Its small classes make me feel seen, with hands-on guidance that makes me feel secure and safe even in mid-air. Bonus points: everyone tidies up at the studio after, so the vibe stays fresh and focused!

Dream Dance and Yoga nailed it for me from the start. There’s a super clear trial class; no guessing, just flying. Its aerial classes are tough in the best way and seriously rewarding.

Small class sizes mean real attention, which I got, and its Chinatown location is a plus for us busy city folks. Every session hits a good mix of challenge, stretch, and sweet reset.

Pro-tip: To get there, hop off at Chinatown MRT; South Bridge Road is a quick 5-minute stroll away.

What I love most about Jal Yoga Singapore is the instructors’ rich cultural vibes infused in every aerial session. It makes each class feel deeper and more personal.

They aren’t just teaching here; they are there to guide you step by step, with real patience. As a result, the class flows with a clear structure, blending strength, balance, and mindful movement.

Pro-tip: The studio has a cosy lounge and water stations to keep you hydrated and well-rested before and after sessions.

Bhumi Lifestyle made me feel like a pro flyer even if I fumbled a little in the beginning. The instructors managed to break it down fast and keep it fun in the process.

The aerial yoga at this studio comes in a small class size, so supervision per student is top-notch. The sessions feel more playful compared to other studios, but the sore muscles I got after made me realise they’re real workouts.

Pro-tip: If you want faster communication, use the studio’s WhatsApp number above.

Milan Pole Dance Studio is where I go when I want a bit of spicy flying, and where I can do aerial hoop, hammock, or silk techniques. The classes are sorted by level, so I can jump right in without feeling lost.

The vibe at the studio is more electric compared to regular yoga spaces. Plus, the small class sizes make it easy to connect with others (I’ve made a few pals since I started aerial sessions here!).

Pro-tip: The hammock is stronger than you think and will support you all the way. Trust it and let go of your fear!

FlyWith Fitness

FlyWith Fitness nails it with instructors who are patient, cheerful, and spot-on with their cues. There’s no guessing involved, just flying and a stronger feeling with every flip and stretch.

Its aerial hammock classes are my go-to for tough and addictive workouts that also manage to feel light and breezy. Every class flows with a structure that pushes me just enough without ever feeling too much.

Pro-tip: Have a fear of heights? Ask your instructor for modifications to make you feel more secure.

MotionWerkz

Website
Address: 31 Kuo Chuan Avenue

Hours: By appointment

MotionWerkz stretched muscles I didn’t even know I had! Weirdly enough, I slept like a baby after every aerial class.

My lower back and wrists are way stronger now without feeling wrecked, too. It offers the kind of workout that feels easy at first…until you realise how much stronger you’ve gotten.

Pro-tip: If you feel pain during stretches, ease off immediately. Stretches should feel deep, not sharp.

Hale Yoga Somerset

Website
Address: Cineleisure Orchard, 8 Grange Rd, #03-03 03A
Contact: +6589093580
Hours: Open 24 hours

Hale Yoga Somerset hooked me with Colin Wong’s classes. He was patient and clear with movement cues, and he always offered different levels for every pose.

I ended up learning something new every single session, whether I was feeling brave or playing safe. The classes are admittedly bigger compared to other studios, but I never felt overwhelmed or neglected by the size.

Pro-tip: To relieve spinal pressure during aerial yoga, let your body fully relax into the hammock and breathe deeply. Don’t fight the stretch!

Willow Flow Studio

Willow Flow Studio hides inside an industrial building, but inside, it’s all good vibes, a gorgeous space, and smiling, welcoming people. Sophia’s classes are lively, hands-on, and she never misses a beat checking her students’ form.

Small classes mean real attention, and the simple setup makes it easy to stay focused on the session. Each class flow feels sharp and mixes strength, stretch, and technique without feeling rushed or pressured.

Pro-tip: Willow Flow Studio is near MacPherson MRT, so it’s super easy to get to!
