The place I go for car aircon servicing is 1 Car Service Workshop in Bishan. That’s because they have almost a decade of experience and use OEM parts for their services.

And since they offer same-day service, it’s easy to drop my car off, relax at a nearby cafe, and pick it up later. Despite the quick turnaround, their technicians always do thorough checks, handling vital stuff like refrigerant top-ups and compressor repairs to keep the aircon running smoothly.

Another reason why I trust them with my car is their 6-month warranty. By the way, they also offer free consultations for new customers, so if you’re unsure whether your aircon needs fixing, you can drop by and have them take a look.

That said, they’re not the cheapest option, and some of their mechanics aren’t the most friendly.

When it comes to aircon servicing, it’s nice that they don’t just top up the refrigerant and call it a day. They thoroughly inspect for leaks, clean the evaporator coil and filters, and repair faulty components if needed.

It’s also a good thing that they can assist in filing for insurance claims if needed. They’ll even give you a loaner car while yours is being repaired. 

However, I should mention that they’re extremely popular, so wait times can get frustrating. I suggest booking an appointment a couple of days ahead to avoid this problem.
