We are particularly happy with the swift one-hour incorporation service, which includes registering and incorporating a business with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA).
We also appreciate how the team can assist start-ups looking to incorporate a company in Singapore even when the founder is still overseas.
That said, we suggest managing your expectations if you hire the company for continuing secretarial services, especially with annual return filing.
A few clients reported a slow response when it comes to such services. We can attribute these occasional delays to the company being flooded with job requests.
Thankfully, Fastcorp’s performance and rectification efforts make the positives outweigh the few negatives.

We are a bit wary, though, as Leftright Corporate is a young company (five years old as of writing).
The firm is also not keen to expand at the moment, so we suggest managing your expectations. Keep in mind that they don’t have the same manpower as other established corporate secretarial service providers.

That said, it’s quite a letdown if you’re a foreigner since Sprout Asia charges not-so-affordable fees to foreign business owners. To be particular, the rates are double the fees for local owners.
