  • Provides tailored guidance to clients for profile enhancement

Cons

  • Service fee is pricey
  • Profile building may take a longer time in some cases

We interviewed a former client who praised his team who handled his application for being both knowledgeable and hands-on. The consultant and document specialist provided thorough explanations of the PR application processes and promptly addressed all his inquiries.

One of the client’s favorite aspects of SGTI was their transparency throughout the entire process. SGTI set a realistic timeframe for his application, ensuring higher chances of approval. This preparation period spanned about 4 months before submission.

Although the process was time-consuming, the client noted that it was well-spent on enhancing his profile, including demonstrating social integration and financial contributions in Singapore. SGTI’s unique offering included an experienced copywriter who customised his cover letter and recommendation letters, a departure from other agencies that typically provide templated versions.

The client did mention that the service fee slightly exceeded his budget, given that the entire application timeline including submission, took nearly a year. Nevertheless, he considered it is a worthwhile investment in SGTI’s invaluable service and honesty.

  • Employees are patient and organised

Cons

  • Service fee is pricey
  • Range of services is limited

Singapore Top Immigration (STI) is on top for several reasons. For starters, this immigration agency has helped many individuals earn their citizenship in Singapore, and our coworker’s husband is one of them.

She told us that the consultant at STI who worked on her husband’s case was 100% committed to getting his citizenship application approved after being denied by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) last year.

They especially liked that STI sat them down to discuss ways of improving their application forms. STI also furnished them with a checklist of all required documents, which they previously failed to complete during their previous attempt.

They paid a hefty sum for the whole process. However, they didn’t mind breaking the bank considering how organised and proactive STI was.

The only real downside that she mentioned was that this agency only deals with permanent residency and citizenship application cases. So if you want to secure an employment pass or entrepreneur pass, this agency is not the place for you.

Cons

  • Difficult to book consultation slots due to demand

If you’re looking for help to accomplish your application process for any of the required passes in Singapore, then First Immigrations Pte Ltd should be one of your top considerations.

We sat down with a married couple who applied for permanent residency in Singapore through this agency, and they remarked that the agency made the process seamless.

Their consultant insisted on having face-to-face discussions so she could guide them as they filled out their application form. Her sharp attention to detail was also instrumental in completing all the required documents.

We got other testimonies and found that most of them shared the same sentiment with this couple. We also found out that they served over 8,000 clients, and 60% of them sought out the agency after hearing about it from past clients.

However, they noted that it was a bit tricky to book a consultation appointment with the agency since most slots were taken. They had to wait for two weeks before available consultation dates were added.

Pros

  • Assesses client’s work eligibility and assists in improving client’s application form to ensure the approval of their employment pass
  • Employees are knowledgeable and hands-on

Cons

  • Service fee is pricey
  • Does not do face-to-face discussions

A friend of ours consulted with the One Visa to process his employment pass, and it was approved in just three weeks! His last rejected application took more than a month to process, so he really didn’t expect this time around to be quick.

The agency’s fees were steep, but according to him, every penny spent was worth it. Not only was his consultant highly knowledgeable, but the consultant was also very organised and helped our friend acquire the needed documents for his application.

Our friend also mentioned that before the agency proceeded with his application, they made sure to assess his eligibility first by evaluating his qualifications, work experience, and overall profile.

In doing so, they were able to set realistic expectations regarding the approval of his application given his qualifications. However, they also helped him improve his answers on the application form to have a better chance of getting approved.

He did mention though that the agency doesn’t do face-to-face discussions after the first consultation. Therefore, the rest of their correspondence was through emails and tele-consults.

Pros

  • Thoroughly builds your profile to ensure approval
  • Friendly and hands-on consultant
  • Assists in acquiring supporting documents and helps clients craft a solid cover letter

Cons

  • Service fee is pricey
  • Building a profile may take between three to four months

We interviewed one of The Immigration People’s (TIP) former clients who remarked that working with the agency’s consultant felt like talking to a friend. She especially liked the fact the consultant consistently guided her throughout the whole application process.

Since TIP’s main focus is to build their client’s profile for a better chance of getting approved, she told us that finalising her application and compiling all necessary documents took four months.

However, despite the lengthy process, she remarked that it was spent gathering supporting documents like proof of social integration, her financial contributions to Singapore, and even recommendation letters from Singaporean locals.

They also helped her draft her cover letter, which she struggled with during her previous application attempt.

She did mention that the service fee was a little out of her budget since the overall timeline (including the submission) for her application took almost a year. Still, it was money well spent for TIP’s valuable service.
