Stretch and save more at the 4 best free yoga classes in Singapore!
There are only a handful of workouts that can motivate me to rise as early as 5:00 AM, and yoga is definitely one of them. Although I wasn’t particularly flexible growing up, I’ve noticed significant improvements in my strength with regular classes in my 30s.
However, yoga memberships can be quite costly, often exceeding the price of typical gym memberships in the city.
The good news is that several studios in Singapore offer free yoga classes for those looking to try it out for the first time. I’ve compiled a list of the best options below!
Platinum Yoga

Address: 1 Marine Parade Central 11-05 Parkway Center
Contact Details: +65 6348 0809
Operating Hours:
Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 10:00 pm
Saturday to Sunday, 8:00 am to 7:30 pm
Platinum Yoga offers one of the most comprehensive free trials in the city, which is why I wholeheartedly recommend this studio to beginners. From day one, you’ll enjoy all the benefits of a full membership!
The free classes can be claimed at any of the studio’s branches across Singapore. Just note that you won’t be able to choose what kind of class you’ll be attending unless you are referred by a current member!
Tips:
- Walk-ins are not allowed in the studio. All free classes must be booked at least a week in advance. Note that each studio offers trials in limited numbers (depending on the class size). If you can only attend a free trial at a specific hour, I highly recommend indicating your free hours in the signup sheet!
- You can book a free studio tour if you want to check out the facilities. Just contact the yoga studio via phone or when you sign up for a free trial.
Jal Yoga

Saturday and Sunday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
Jal Yoga is renowned for its diverse range of classes, from infrared yoga to asana, ashtanga, and pranayama yoga. Whatever type of yoga you’re interested in, they have it all!
The best part? First-timers can enjoy free classes!
You can choose which style to try, and you won’t pay a cent until you decide to commit to a full membership.
Tips:
- Most of the studio branches are equipped with shower facilities, but just note that not all of them offer blow dryers and towels. It’s best to bring your own to your first class.
- Parking is available across all branches, but slots are limited. Luckily, all studios are within reach of the MRT or bus stations. I highly recommend you take public transportation to avoid wasting time looking for a parking slot!
