Are you a golf enthusiast? Then, be sure to mark the dates February 27, 28, March 1, and 2 for the HSBC Women’s World Championship 2025!

Nicknamed “Asia’s Major,” this much-anticipated competition brings together the world’s best female golfers to fight for the top spot. The list of players includes big names like Lydia Ko (2024 Olympic Gold Medalist), so it’s safe to say that this event is brimming with prestige.

Fun Activities

From: hsbcwomensgolf

The competition isn’t the only thing to keep us entertained. There will also be plenty of fun activities available for the attendees, which I’m super excited about.

One that I’m looking forward to in particular is the Play It Forward at the Fan Village. It’s a mobile golf game that tests your precision skills.

The best part about it is you’ll be supporting a good cause. Every shot you take is a S$3 donation to a charity partner that supports at-risk youths in Singapore. I may be bad at golfing (yes, even the mobile version), but it’s nice to know that I can help in some way.

That’s not all! HSBC also has something in store for the younger fans attending the competition. The golf club will have a Kid’s Zone where children can create balloon sculptures, airbrush tattoos, and more!

Food and Drinks

Gourmet delights are also lined up for you, and the best part is you don’t have to step away from the competition to grab a bite. For the first time in the competition’s 16-year history, dining options will be available on the course!

For drinks, HSBC has partnered with Sunbird Brewing Company to provide beers. I’m a big fan of Sunbird’s Birds of Paradise White IPA and the Galactic Tropical Stout, so I’m excited about this as well.

Tickets

The HSBC Women’s World Championship undoubtedly has a lot of fun in store for everyone, so if you want to attend, be sure to book your tickets as early as possible. Keep in mind that tickets for the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are more expensive (S$37) than the weekday ones (S$28).

You can also book a four-day seasonal ticket for S$113 if you want to watch all events.

How to Get There

The best way to get to the Tanjong Golf Course for the competition is a combination of riding the bus and Sentosa Express. Ride Bus 10, 100, 131, or 57, and alight at HarbourFront Station.

Then, walk to the VivoCity Station, and ride the Sentosa Express to Beach Station. From Beach Station, take Bus B, which will take you to Sentosa Golf Club.
