We love that despite having a massive product list, we can sift through the company’s catalog conveniently since the balloons are sorted by purpose and occasion.

We also like that we have the option to pick up the balloons from the shop, provided that we have an appointment. It’s the better option if you’re near the area and don’t want to pay $25 for delivery. 

Though, note that smaller sized-balloons last for a short time (7 to 10 hours). If you want them for their more affordable prices, ensure that you’d be able to display the items as soon as possible.

Larger balloons can be quite pricey, especially if you hire the shop to do the arrangement for you.

We like Misty Daydream, as it has a broad selection of customizable balloons, party items, and gift supplies. Ordering from them means we have more freedom to personalize our event decor.  

Our favorite customizable items aside from the balloons are the wine glasses and tumblers, as they make for simple yet functional gifts.

We so love the confetti balloons, too, although they are a bit pricey.

We also tried ordering uninflated balloons and forming them ourselves. Doing this can help save up on costs, after all.

Unfortunately, the balloon colors were limited to basic vibrant ones. We needed to pay more to get the ones with more elegant colors.

We also think Misty Daydream is only ideal if you’re not in a hurry to get your balloons, as the shop needs at most two days to ship out orders. 

We like Give Fun for its creative balloon themes. Also, we love that we can order these items at the last minute.

The shop offers themed balloons that can suit a wide range of occasions. Though, we must say that many of the designs fit kids’ events.

That said, we still found elegant designs from the shop’s list of personalized balloons.

We also commend Give Fun, as it stays true to its 24-hour availability. We managed to order our chosen balloons late in the evening and received them the next day! 

Same-day deliveries are also possible for simple balloons, making the shop a go-to when you need the items fast.

Though, know that only the bigger balloons are filled with helium so they stay inflated longer. If you’re on a budget and can only afford the smaller ones, time your order so that the balloons are used right away.

We also think Give Fun should work on its communications, particularly in informing customers early about issues with their balloon orders (e.g. out-of-stock items and delays). 

If the shop does, it will surely retain more customers.

Bearloon SG is a convenient option, as we can order gift hampers and flowers along with our party balloons.

And while the shop sells multiple product types, its balloon selection remains competitive, especially the items’ aesthetic. We think Bearloon SG has one of the most gorgeous balloon arrangements out there!

We also love the idea of combining hampers and little balloons, as it makes for double-purpose party decor.

Bearloon SG’s delivery system is attractive, too, as it offers free deliveries within a set timeslot. Though, express deliveries are not always available and subject to a $25 charge.

The shop could also use some improvements on its customer service line. 

While we did not experience it, a few clients we interviewed said that Bearloon SG sent them incomplete packages and the wrong balloon types, either due to human or system errors. 

We think Blooms and Balloons’ is a shop that will save event organizers’ skin, as it allows ordering party items late into the night.

The shop also has a quick turnaround, requiring only a single day to process orders.

This makes Blooms and Balloons an ideal go-to when you’re short on time and you don’t want to wait for tomorrow to place your orders.

We also think that the $20 delivery charge is justified, especially since we ordered our balloons at the last minute.

We love the balloons, as they’re thicker and prettier than usual. That said, the items are a bit pricier. 

Communication delays are possible with this shop, too, considering that Blooms and Balloons can be an in-demand shop due to its 24/7 customer service line.

We just hope that the company hires a sufficient number of people to man its lines. Doing this will prevent overworking the shop’s front desk and help maintain its competence to cater to customers’ needs.
