TheMeetUpSG is an award-winning event planning company that’s been around since 2017. Some of the most notable awards they’ve won throughout the years are the Singapore Prestige 100 Award and the SME 500 Singapore Award.

I had the pleasure of working with them a few times at a previous company, and honestly, they were solid. They helped us launch several seminars and conferences with minimal fuss, handling everything smoothly.

They even organised an overseas retreat for us, which was a nice break from the usual office routine. With their help, we also put together customised corporate gifts, making the retreat even more memorable. Definitely one of my highlights from that job!

However, a huge downside is that their services are in high demand these days, so securing them for an event can be tricky.

Big Top is an event planning company that’s a good fit for anyone looking for some carnival fun. True to their name, they specialise in lively events for corporate family days and private parties.

I must say, their carnival setups are where they shine. They don’t just throw in a couple of game booths and call it a day. They go all out with inflatable playgrounds, air dancers, lucky draws, and live food stations.

Oh, and they also do movie screenings, which are great for those chill outdoor events. With massive screens, high-quality projectors, and proper sound systems, they bring a real cinema vibe.

That said, you’ll have to sort out your own movie licensing, which is a bit of a hassle. And since their focus is more on party-style events, they’re not the best fit for more formal gatherings.
