We gathered that many were repeat clients because they experienced speedy bookings initially.

They shared that they were matched with available drivers through the service app in no time, making it possible to get the job done on the same day.  

They also said that this speed was most convenient for urgent van delivery services, which they needed from time to time.

A business owner who has been using the service to streamline his soap deliveries added that the company’s tracking support relieved him of some logistical concerns. He said he loved it, as he was able to focus on improving his products.

The risk we can see with hiring GoGoX, especially for personal delivery needs, is that you can end up booking an underperforming driver. 

We had a few accounts from past clients telling us that the hired driver arrived late, charged more than necessary, or was rude.  

They also shared that customer service wasn’t stellar in handling their complaints. 

That said, we think GoGoX has more good eggs than bad, so the service is still worth trying.

Consumers and corporations looking for budget van delivery services came across uParcel plenty of times, many of them choosing to hire the company for its fixed base rates.

Many consumer clients said that they were impressed with uParcel, as it made good on its promise of speed and efficiency despite being affordable. 

Moreover, they liked that the service has multiple delivery options. They can choose from express, rushed, and specific slot deliveries. 

Many clients preferred the third one, as it allowed them to adjust their schedules accordingly.

That said, the choice can also be risky if you end up booking a subpar delivery agent. 

A few of the clients shared with us that their hired van drivers didn’t give them any notice of late arrivals or no-shows. They felt that their time wasn’t respected.

Fortunately, uParcel’s customer service addressed their concerns, albeit too slowly. In the end, these few clients had to hire another delivery service to get the job done.

Still, they said that they will consider uParcel for future bulk deliveries because of its affordability. They just hope that they won’t have the same misfortune by then.

That said, the same client commented that the company’s rates can be a bit pricey, as they were charged by the hour.

Businesses struggling with their logistics might want to try Hew Transportation’s service and see if they can gain results like what other entrepreneurs experienced. 

A couple of business owners we talked with had some gains from working with the service.

One of them shared that Hew helped him plan his next steps as he was expanding his crafts shop to include nationwide delivery of bulk orders. 

He said that the company walked him through a tailored plan and then provided reliable delivery support through its pool of competent van delivery drivers.

He also claimed that his business’ status improved because his customers were impressed with the consistent on-time delivery of goods. 

That said, our interviewee admitted that he paid more for Hew’s service. 

He clarified, though, that he pushed through despite the higher price because he didn’t want to risk relying on other delivery services with inconsistent service quality.

Also, Hew Transportation’s focus on businesses means it’s not ideal for personal delivery needs. 

Network Courier’s long experience in delivery services was a big deciding factor for most of the consumers and business owners who hired them.

Many of the business clients were impressed with the company’s long history and the way it lived up to its reputation.

These entrepreneurs rarely, if at all, experienced delivery issues with Network Courier. They further claimed that its smooth and seamless work contributed to their companies’ continued growth.

Moreover, they loved the service’s flat-rate offer, as it allowed them to save a little on delivery costs. Many of them send parcels islandwide, too, so the perk was more than welcome.

However, consumers or those hiring Network Courier for personal delivery services were not covered by the flat-rate promo. 

This means individuals who wish to use the company’s services for personal delivery needs will likely pay more, especially if their location is far.

Know also that Network Courier can be too busy since it also offers international shipping services, so expect some communication hiccups while you’re transacting with the company.
