A Guide to The Fragment Room in Singapore: The Place to Release All Your Anger and Frustrations!
Sometimes, at the end of the day, I just feel so stressed and angry—maybe because of work or maybe it’s because I have an argument with my partner. Either way, I’m overwhelmed with such strong emotions that I just want to scream and break things.
I tend to bottle these emotions—at least, I used to. Now, there’s no need for that thanks to The Fragment Room—a rage room in Singapore.
I’ve been there numerous times now, and every session is always so cathartic and fun! If you’re planning to let out all your frustrations in this room, here’s a guide for you.

How to Get There
By bus: Riding the bus is the best way to reach The Fragment Room. Head to the bus stop at Fullerton Square, ride Bus 100, and alight at the bus stop opposite Canossa Catholic Primary School. From there, you just have to walk to The Fragment Room.
By MRT: If you prefer riding the MRT, take the Downtown Line, then stop at the Mattar station. Walk to the rage room, which should only take about 13 minutes.
By Car: If you’re driving, there’s roadside parking on MacPherson Road and MacPherson Lane.
Admission Fee

Here are the standard packages available at the center:
- Single (1 Pax): S$38
- Double (2 Pax): S$75
- Triple (3 Pax): S$99
- Quad (4 Pax): S$128
- Quint (5 Pax): S$160
Each package includes 40 minutes of fun and a crate of breakables.
Dress Code
There’s no specific dress code at The Fragment Room because you’ll be provided with coveralls and other equipment like helmets and gloves. That said, I recommend wearing something light so that you can move freely.
Additionally, you should wear fully covered shoes and socks that you don’t mind getting dirty or damaged because there’s a high chance that will happen.
If you’re not wearing fully covered shoes or socks, you can rent composite-toe safety boots for S$1.5 and socks for S$1.
What to Expect
Break everything in the room
From: thefragmentroom
The main selling point of The Fragment Room is to break things, so break away! You’ll be provided with a crate full of things to break. Don’t worry; these things are already on their way to the scrap yards—which means you have many options.
Personally, my favorite things to break are glasses, plates, and mugs. It’s also fun to smash down broken furniture because they give me a bit of a challenge!
Play some music to get you hyped up
From: thefragmentroom
Another thing I like about this rage room is that I get to play music while breaking things. You have no idea how great it feels to have rock and metal songs playing while I throw and beat up stuff inside the room!
Get add-ons for more things to break (including electronics!)
From: thefragmentroom
Not satisfied with the crate of stuff provided to you? Don’t worry because you can add on another crate of breakables. You can even choose to break electronics or neon smashables for a fee!
I love ordering electronic devices to break because they have many components to destroy. The neon breakables are also fun because they brighten up in the dark, so it’s kind of like I’m having a solo rave inside.
Another thing you can do is bring your own breakables. But you can only bring what you can carry—no trolleys allowed—and you’ll have to pay a fee. If you want to break a cheating ex’s guitar, for example, this is your chance!
A Shop with Punny Merch Items
From: thefragmentroom
If you’re a big fan of this rage room and you want to support them further, you might be interested in checking out their shop. This shop offers a wide variety of apparel, and all items have puns on them that make me chuckle.
My friends are big fans of the “Break Me Daddy” shirts, while I personally love the “Would Smash” ones. There’s also “Break It Till You Make It,” which can actually work as a life motto!
For more raging fun: book with a large group
From: thefragmentroom
I usually come here alone, but sometimes, I invite my friends along. You can also come here for special celebrations. We’ve come here for birthdays and promotions, and we’ve heard that there are some people who come here to propose. Anything goes here!
If you’re interested in booking a session with a large group, you need to inquire via email first ([email protected]). This is because the price will depend on the number of participants and what special requests you might have,
