ADM Plumbing Services made it to our list not only for its efficient repairs but also, more importantly, for how it treats its clients.

Most of the customers who shared their experience told us that Alan, who was the usual repair guy, was so approachable and helpful. 

They felt these qualities from the online chat (appointments are booked via WhatsApp) and were impressed that he stayed the same during the actual repair.

Clients also loved that they received explanations about the root cause of their shower problems. The repairman also shared tips for maintaining and avoiding such issues in the future.

But while ADM can solve most shower issues without a hitch, we learned a few exceptions. For instance, repairs for newer water closet models can take longer than the usual 30 minutes due to the complexity of the fixture. 

Also, responses might come late at times, as ADM serves many clients, including home and business owners.

Greenwood Electrical & Plumbing’s consistent service is one of the reasons why many of its clients are repeat customers. 

Most of the people we interviewed said that they hired the company more than once.
