K.5 Limousines was the one I booked to make sure our client enjoyed his stay in Singapore. I went with their Mercedes S Class, though they also offer the E Class and V Class for different needs.

What convinced me was their round-the-clock service, which mattered since the client was on a red-eye flight from Munich. They also track flights in real time, so there was no stress about the driver being too early or too late at the airport.

Another plus is that they can arrange tickets for popular attractions like Universal Studios and Gardens by the Bay, which made it easier for the client to experience Singapore a bit before the meeting.

They operate 24/7, so it’s easy to book them for midnight airport transfers or late-night trips between Singapore and Malaysia. The drivers usually speak English, Malay, and Mandarin, so communication won’t be a problem in most cases.

It’s also nice that every booking comes with free insurance coverage. Furthermore, first-time customers get a 10% discount on their first reservation.

Parfait Limousine is one of the more established limousine services in Singapore and has a pretty sizable fleet. Beyond the usual Toyota Alphards and Mercedes-Benz E Class, they also have a hydraulic car that makes it easier for wheelchair users to board.

Most of their vehicles are fitted with WiFi, so staying connected on the move isn’t a problem. I also like that many of their drivers are bilingual in English and Chinese, which makes things smoother for overseas visitors.

Moreover, regular customers can benefit from a loyalty program that offers discounts, and corporate clients get access to special rates.

That said, one area I dislike is their waiting policy, where they only allow 15 minutes before charging $20 for every block of 15 minutes. This is tough if your flight is delayed. They also apply surcharges during peak seasons.

Another thing that caught my attention is the option to request a female chauffeur, which isn’t something you see often in Singapore. 

They’re also SG SafeEvent Certified, which shows they take safety and hygiene seriously when handling events and corporate transport.

Unfortunately, their payment options are limited to credit cards and bank transfers. They also don’t provide on-demand rides, so you’ll need to book at least a day in advance to secure your trip.

Their main work is airport transfers and corporate travel, but they also handle weddings, sightseeing, and hourly hires. 

They run 24 hours, which makes them handy for late-night flights, and they let you cancel for free if you give at least a day’s notice.

They even promise a full refund if you’re not satisfied, which is rare in businesses like this.

However, keep in mind that midnight bookings need to be made at least six hours in advance, and there’s a surcharge for rides between 11 PM and 7 AM.
