One reason I love Tip Top Movers is that they offer a good array of services—from disposal to storage and packing/unpacking. They can even help you move out of your office!
Another thing I love about them is how quickly they respond. Firstly, when I asked them for a free quote, they responded within just a few minutes.
Then, when I reached out to them on short notice, they came promptly. I’m impressed that they’re willing to deliver their services on the same day!
The crew is also efficient and handles everything well. One client told me that he had to dispose of an old piano, and he was worried that this company would struggle, but the crew took it away with no problem.
One downside, though, is the pricing. I think that the rates are reasonable, but to a first timer, they can be a bit expensive. Their typical range is between S$80 and S$400, and on top of that, they might also charge for dismantling and a distance surcharge.
I’ve also heard issues of the company offering a low quote at first, but then the final bill is more than double. This hasn’t happened to me, but it’s worth noting.

The main selling point of Earth Recycling Services is the fact that they specialise in eco-friendly practices. In particular, they sort and repurpose materials so the amount of waste is heavily minimised.
Clients also love their customer service. They told me that the team here communicates well and responds promptly. They even offer same-day furniture disposal services!
The team is methodical as well, so the process feels smooth. When you ask for a free quote, they’ll ask specific questions like “Are there stairs in the unit?” Then, when it’s time to come to your house, they already have a plan for carrying the items.
The pricing here is pretty competitive. If you just need to dispose of one item, you’ll only have to pay around S$80. Meanwhile, if you have multiple things to discard, they’ll give you a bundled rate that factors in everything, including labour costs.
My only small complaint about this company is the lack of related services. They can only remove and discard items for residential and office clients. So, if you need help with moving, you’re better off booking another company.

Many people love booking Easy Disposal because of their pricing. The rates are usually between S$60 and S$100 per item, and for multiple items, you’ll get a discounted bundle price. You can even reduce costs further if your furniture still looks pretty good.
The whole process also feels quick and painless—or easy, as their name suggests. After contacting them for a free quote, the team will come to your location on time and go straight to work. Sometimes, they’ll even finish before the expected time!
I like that the company also tries to practice eco-friendly methods as much as possible. If the items don’t look very damaged, they’ll donate them, and for the rest, they’ll upcycle the materials instead of throwing them away.
The variety of services here is lacklustre, though. Furniture disposal is all they do. Fortunately, they can handle practically everything—be it cabinets, sofas, mattresses, bed frames, and even appliances like washing machines!

Tidy Maintenance and Engineering tends to have more commercial and industrial clients, but they do serve residential clients as well.
As for their lineup of services, it’s pretty good. In addition to getting rid of all sorts of waste (including furniture), they can also destroy products or demolish parts of the building (or the whole structure if you want).
This company is all about sustainability, too, which I appreciate. As much as possible, they donate items or recycle materials, and for those that can’t be donated or recycled, they’ll try to process them into something usable (e.g., plastic gets turned to resin).
Before you commit, you can request a free quote first. They respond pretty fast, and the quotes are reasonable.
That said, I have heard complaints about the team not arriving on time. One client told me that they had booked their services twice, and twice the team came late! I understand why the client was so frustrated.
Another client shared that the team had damaged something in their flat, but no one informed them. When they reported it, the team didn’t respond.

Junk to Clear may only offer removal and disposal services, but what they lack in service variety, they make up for with the variety of items they can handle. In addition to your standard furniture, they can also get rid of appliances and wood waste.
They also have a diverse clientele. Whether you’re a residential homeowner or a commercial client, they can offer their services to you.
The team here also deserves to be praised. When you ask them for a free quote via WhatsApp, they respond promptly, and once you decide to go with them, it’s easy to book a date.
On the day of, the disposal team arrives on time, and they’re very thorough and well-coordinated. They’re also flexible, which clients appreciate. One client told me that they had to make last-minute changes, and the team complied without a fuss.
The pricing is also competitive and transparent. There’s a breakdown of all the factors being considered, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
One complaint I keep hearing, though, is that some of the employees can be rude. One client shared that they called for a quote, but the male staff member talked to them in a condescending tone.
