Cube Movers is one of my go-to movers because their catalogue of services is quite extensive. In addition to the usual furniture moving, they can also move other bulky items like pianos, hospital beds, billiard tables, and fish tanks. 

Moreover, they can move items to and/or from houses, offices, and special events. You can also book them for packing services or storage space rentals.

The team is also amazing to work with; they’re punctual and come to the site fully equipped. Plus, I never have to worry about my furniture because they always wrap it securely and handle it with the utmost care. 

The movers are very efficient as well. As a result, the whole process is stress-free.

However, the prices here are pretty high, usually starting at S$188. If your circumstance involves basement routes, stairs, and other factors that require additional manpower or time, additional charges may apply.

Move Move Movers boasts an impressive clientele, and it makes sense why. After all, this company offers services for both residential and commercial clients. In fact, they have worked with established brands like Anytime Fitness and Virgin Active!

What people like most about this company is that they can move all sorts of furniture—from the usual sofas and fridges to items like pianos and fish tanks. They can even move hospital beds!

Another great thing is that they have other services like book packing, storage, and even furniture disposal!

The pricing here for furniture moving is around the S$100 to S$150 (per item) mark, which is reasonable. 

You can also ask them for a free quote. Usually, you can just send a video of the items you want to be moved, but they’re also available for an on-site survey.

That said, some clients complained about the team failing to communicate with them about additional charges for extenuating factors (e.g., lifts and stairs). One client said that she only knew about the extra S$100 at the destination, which was frustrating.

Efficient team, transparent fees

“We compared few movers for our move to BTO. We chanced upon Move Move Movers and found their reviews were good. Hence, we decided to contact them, asking them about hidden cost, damage claim, how to protect our piano, how many staff would be helping on that day, etc. After getting the answers, we decided to engage them. On the day of the move, we were surprised at least 6 or 7 staff were involved in the move. This made the move smooth and fast. We were also overseeing how they wrapped our piano. I like that the catalogue of services at LS House Movers Singapore is well-curated. They specialise in residential moving of all sorts of furniture, even pianos and mattresses! They also help commercial clients, especially with office and warehouse moving. 

Storage and disposal services are also available to some extent, which is good to know. 

The moving services here are comprehensive. They already include dismantling and assembly, and of course, they’re securely packaged before being carefully transported in their lorry. 

Another thing that people really like about this company is the all-in package quote. You don’t need to worry about sudden extra costs because they’re already included in the pricing. The best part is that you can get an estimate for free!

One downside to this company, though, is the lack of responsiveness. Many clients shared that there were times when they reached out and got no response.

Vimbox Movers is the ideal company if you’re relocating abroad because they offer international moving services! In addition to this, this company can help you move furniture from offices and events, dispose of items, and do basic handyman tasks.

If you’re interested in their services, you can book a free initial consultation first. This consultation already includes an on-site survey for a much more accurate estimate. Their quotes are competitive, which clients appreciate. 

The movers are great to work with. According to clients, they’re positive, cheerful, and good at lifting heavier furniture through tight corners. Because of all this, the whole experience feels seamless. 

However, even though the movers get a lot of praise, the management team gets a lot of complaints. One client shared that the team failed to inform the movers about certain arrangements, and there was also poor communication on their end.

“Highly recommend Vimbox!! Their movers were all very polite, efficient and careful! On top of that they were very quick as well. They dismantled and reassembled my heavy bed frame in minutes, without a single scratch on the floor. The Trio Movers doesn’t just move furniture; they can also store or even dispose of it for you. They’re also commercial movers on top of being furniture and residential movers.

Clients praise their team for their efficiency and organisation. Not only do they wrap the furniture securely, but they also make sure to label it properly. That way, unloading your items won’t be a hassle.

However, I’ve heard many complaints about the poor communication from the planning team here. One client shared that he agreed to film a video to get a free quote, but after sending the video, the team said they couldn’t provide a quote without any explanation. 

This client said that he wished that they had been upfront about this instead of leaving him hanging, which I agree with.

The pricing is another contention here. It’s not the cheapest, so I don’t recommend this company to anyone on a budget. On the bright side, the price is already all-inclusive, so you don’t have to worry about extra charges out of nowhere.

“We were referred to The Trio Movers and engaged with Xavier and his team. Customer service was always swift and professional. On the day of the move, Joseph, Ah Ee and team were assigned to help us.
