And although they are known for their expert cobblers who have fixed over 20,000 pairs of shoes, their shoe cleaning service is something you should not turn a blind eye to. 

Shoe Mo’s in-house cobblers are not just trained to repair your footwear but are also adept in shoe maintenance.

Sneakerheads, in particular, will certainly love this shop since they have a sneaker cleaning service that involves 100% deep cleaning of both the external and internal parts of the shoes. 

They also offer un-yellowing and repaint services, which is perfect for white Air Force 1s owners (including me) who want to keep their pair in pristine condition. 

I walked into their shop without any expectations since the establishment was unassuming. In fact, the first time I went there, there wasn’t anyone behind the counter, which was frankly disappointing. 

However, despite the negative first impression, their services turned out to be pretty decent.

An employee asked me for my WhatsApp number so they can regularly update me about my shoes once they start working on them. 

They also have a delivery option, which should cost you extra, but since I’m a sucker for convenience, I was willing to pay the additional fee. 

Now, Shoe Mo’s shoe cleaning service cost is pricey, so if you’re on a budget, I would advise you to ditch the delivery option and pick your shoes up yourself. 

But for those who can afford it, I believe that Shoe Mo will give you your money’s worth and more. 

Established in 2003, Colorwash has long since perfected the art of making your most beloved belongings look good as new. 

Bags and footwear, in particular, are the items that this cleaning service company mostly deals with. However, their shoe cleaning service is just as good.

We especially appreciate that they use a non-toxic detergent to make sure that no chemical seeps through the material of your bag or shoe that could potentially irritate your skin. 

In fact, when I took my ballet flats from the shop after availing of their cleaning and colouring service, it smelled like they came out fresh from the wash. Not to mention, the insoles lost some of the patina on them. 

Speaking of their cleaning and colouring service, it’s best to note that Colorwash’s services are pretty limited in the sense that they only offer packages. 

This means that their shoe cleaning service comes with another type of service, which as indicated on their website, is either colouring or high-density transparent coating. 

Although their services are relatively cheaper because they come in packages, it’s disappointing that you don’t really have the option to avail of a shoe cleaning service by itself. 

So if you just need a splotch of mud scrubbed off from your shoe or rid of the yellowing on your midsoles, this shop isn’t your best option. 

But if you have that one pair of shoes that’s fraying around the edges but still has potential, you might want to bring it to Colorwash for a second chance. 

First established in London in 1969, Jeeves has long since expanded its services to the rest of the United Kingdom, the USA, and Asia. There are currently five branches in Singapore. 

We admit that Jeeves intimidated us at first because both their website and shops give you the impression that they deal with high-end and luxury items. 

However, they are really good at what they do, and for the price that people pay for their 

service, they make sure that the outcome is always of the highest quality. 

Our coworker told us that Jeeves did a miracle on her crochet platform slides that she got from Prada. It got soiled because she accidentally stepped on a puddle. 

Footwear or any item that’s made out of crochet is known to be delicate, but she told us that Jeeves managed to remove the dirt off her slides without fraying the crocheted design. 

In addition to that, she got her shoes delivered to her doorstep a mere two days after bringing them to one of their shops. 

As for the pricing, she told us that they were quite expensive for a shoe cleaning service, but she considers it a steal since she didn’t have to buy a new pair. 

We have to note, however, that their shoe-oriented services only comprise cleaning and recolouring. They don’t have polishing or coating unlike some of their competitors.

Although its name may say otherwise, Bags Butler is one of the shoe cleaning services that many Singaporeans’ go to for their footwear. 

Since Bag Butler pretty much specializes in cleaning, colouring, restoring, and repairing the fabrics of bags, wallets, shoes, and even belts, you can expect that this cleaning company can make your shoes look squeaky clean again.

However, their shoe cleaning services, in particular, are limited to only cleaning and colour restoration, but what they lack in range, they make up for quality. 

My grandpa is a loyal patron of Bags Butler, and his shoes, no matter year he bought them, are still in mint condition because of his routine maintenance with this shop. 

In fact, he only trusts Bag Butler to clean his leather shoes since the owners of the company are leather specialists themselves and even run a leather processing factory. 

And because of their background, their employees are also trained to clean and polish leather without damaging them. 

However, according to my grandpa, sometimes they would deliver his shoes a little later than the estimated delivery date. 

He doesn’t mind it at all since he rarely goes out except to stroll around the neighbourhood. This could pose a problem for others though, especially if they need to wear their shoes for an upcoming occasion or event.

However, one drawback our coworker noted was they can sometimes deliver your shoes at a later date instead of the agreed-upon time.
