Kuro Cat Hotel’s team is fear-free certified, giving you assurance in the safety of your feline companions. You can guarantee that they’ll be well watched during their two interactive play sessions each day. 

After speaking with a client, they shared how much they appreciated the private suites and dedicated vertical climbing space in each room. For their shy cat, the staff also took a gentler, hands-off approach and used Feliway pheromones to help him settle in.

Another feature they appreciated was the complimentary 24/7 private camera, which let them check on their cat from their phone.

Best of all, the suites here are deep-cleaned twice a day with hospital-grade disinfectant and have continuous HEPA air purification.

Rates cover up to two cats, while the Premium Villa can accommodate up to five.

However, keep in mind that peak-season bookings have restricted refund policies.

The space is really great

Visited for a hotel tour and was really impressed. The space is really great, spacious cat rooms. I can see the cats boarding are super relaxed and enjoying themselves. Every room comes with CCTV access and smart tech water fountain, my cat would be super pampered here. Staff are friendly and accommodating. THE LUXE MEOWNOR’s team is managed by certified cat carers with qualifications in companion-animal first aid, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and Veterinary Science.

For accommodations, you can choose standard Bed Chambers or Mansion rooms that can be connected to create a larger shared space for multiple cats.  

The standard category includes a specialised room for nursing cats and those with mobility challenges. Plus, boarding care here comes with grooming services, such as facial and ear cleaning, fur brushing, and nail trimming. 

We love that they provide daily updates, plus a scheduled video call between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. Singapore time.

However, some owners may find the documentation requirements a hassle, as they must submit all health records 21 days before the stay.

At Cradle Cat Hotel, care and hygiene protocols were carefully developed by their founding veterinarian, Dr. Eric. When cats arrive, staff conduct a physical wellness assessment and closely monitor their appetite and behaviour during the first 72 hours.

They pay close attention to feline body language, allowing each cat to choose between active play and quiet companionship.

For their rooms, all are designed around International Society of Feline Medicine (ISFM) and American Association of Feline Practitioners (AAFP) environmental guidelines.

Each suite has hideouts and elevated perches to help cats feel safe and comfortable. They can even accommodate cats recovering from surgery or managing long-term conditions like Feline Leukaemia Virus (FeLV).

Sadly, camera access costs an extra S$5 per day and is only available in two specific suite types.

Our first time boarding our kittens at a cat hotel. The staff at Cradle Cat were responsive and very helpful in preparing us for the process. Although the change of environment is understandably strange for our two kittens, their well being were taken care of at Cradle. Although our cats are quite shy, they hide less compared to when we first brought them home from foster care! I think that’s a really good sign 🙂 They played with the staff and explore the play area. The room structures here feature custom birch-ply catification designed by local specialists for optimal climbing and resting. Families with multiple pets can book massive Luxury Suites measuring 2.2 meters by 1.8 meters that fit up to four cats. 

Every boarding guest receives daily photo and video updates through a dedicated chat. On top of that, a fear-free certified professional with veterinary nursing training handles medical needs like subcutaneous fluids and injections. 

But remember, if you book a standard room, you must rent a camera or bring your own, as free cameras come only with Luxury Suites. Additionally, the hotel is unstaffed overnight, relying on security monitoring instead.

Our cats had a wonderful stay at Shangripaw! It is immediately clear that this place is run by genuine cat lovers. They don’t just treat it as a job or a responsibility; they truly prioritize what is best for the cats’ well-being. I was impressed when my cat had a bout of food poisoning right before boarding. The team went above and beyond, sending me regular “poop updates” to keep me informed and at ease. The rooms are very spacious and kept very clean with daily maintenance.

Catzilla Hotel is entirely founder-run, so the owners personally feed and care for every guest. They keep things cat-only, with private Cabin Suites and larger Private Rooms for cats that need more space.

Older cats are welcome too, as the hotel accepts senior cats aged 10 and above. For added peace of mind, the team works with a veterinarian who’s available around the clock for emergencies.

You’ll also receive daily updates with one video, three photos, and a playtime report, so you can easily check how your cat is doing. Plus, they offer convenient in-stay grooming services to keep your pet fresh and comfortable.

The main downside is the strict check-in and check-out schedule. Pick-ups outside standard hours come with surcharges, while pick-ups after 7 p.m. aren’t allowed, so you’ll need to plan your travel schedule carefully.

Great care was given towards my cat, Luna (we got her from Catzilla too!) It was her first time in cat boarding and they were patient and treated her well despite her initial stress at being in a new place. Daily updates were also provided via whatsapp to ensure that we have peace of mind knowing our beloved pet is well taken care of.
