WE Dental Clinic gave me a proper smile. Specifically, I got sorted by Dr Benedict Wong, a certified Invisalign provider who received his dental surgery degree from King’s College London and his intensive vocational training in Liverpool.

Achievements aside, I’ll say he’s an ideal pick if you’re after a patient, family-friendly service. Dr Wong and his nursing team treated me cordially and gently; I didn’t feel any mental or physical discomfort during my appointments.

There were no dodgy pricing shenanigans, either. My crowded teeth were sorted in about 6 months, the final bill was fair for Singapore, and I was clued in on the pricing from the first visit.

I just wish they had a Sunday opening, as some clinics do. It’d also be sweet if email responses were faster.

Beyond that, I’m satisfied and will even give Dr Wong extra points for being fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and, of course, English.

If you hate jumping from one place to another, Newlife Dental Practice is worth a click. This multi-speciality clinic offers general/aesthetic/children’s dentistry and orthodontics, with teen-specific Invisalign in the books, something not every entry here provides.

The patients we talked to had positive things to say, communication-wise. In fact, many of our interviewees described the clinic’s staff members as reassuring, detailed, patient, friendly, and even humorous.

Comments, however, about heavy-handed assistants in the past have come up.

Nellife is also one of the most (if not the most) in-demand clinics in town. While that’s usually an indicator of first-rate quality, you have to deal with slots running out, which the Sunday closure doesn’t make easier.

No complaints about longevity and pricing, though. The clinic has been around since 2008 and has rarely been labelled as overpriced.

Plus, it’s aesthetically pleasing (doesn’t even look like a clinic) and has a TV.

First time patronizing this clinic for teeth Scaling and Polishing. Venue is conveniently located above Clarke Quay MRT. Very warm and welcoming aesthetic that does not look like a typical dentist clinic. The room even comes with TV on the ceiling!

Seeing how the facilities are, this clinic is definitely great for families with young kids. Staff were very friendly. Very impressed by their State-of-the-art technology to support customers too. Recommended to check this place out.

We’re seriously impressed with Gentle Smile’s tech. For starters, the clinic’s Invisalign solutions seldom hurt, thanks to their iTero 3D scanner, a gentler and more accurate alternative to traditional putty dental impressions.

Having a photo studio for personalised smile planning is a unique perk as well. This feature lets the clinicians keep digital snaps to ensure treatments complement a client’s facial features and teeth alike.

Dr Annabelle and Dr Kelvin have also been praised by our workmates for being great listeners and thorough when it came to explaining treatments, Invisalign included.

A minor drawback to be wary of, however, is the Sunday closure.

The Millenia Walk branch is also nearly a 30-minute drive from the Singapore CBD. Sure, that’s not too far, but most clinics here only sit 15–20 minutes outside the city centre.

In 2024, Orchard Scotts Dental (OSD) was recognised as an Invisalign Black Diamond Provider. That means the clinic handled over 400 Invisalign cases in the previous calendar year!

Their consistent quality is one reason why they’re quite well-known. From our chats, most patients noticed significant improvements around 12–21 months, as promised by the clinic’s specialists.

Speaking of the specialists, their team consists of A-rate Invisalign providers, such as Dr Ronnie Yap and Dr Leroy Kiang Chow Loong, both Platinum-tier providers.

Unfortunately, the fees reflect that; OSD’s rates are premium. Securing an appointment alone requires a S$50 booking fee.

The customer service could use some improvement as well. There’ve been a few gripes about the lack of callbacks and the receptionist’s not-so-warm attitude.

On the upside, virtual consults are available, making up for the weekend unavailability, and they have niche services like apnea treatment and facelift dentistry.

Quick and Reassuring

I had a very smooth Invisalign experience here under the expert care of Dr. Leroy. From start to finish, the process was closely monitored with regular updates through the dental monitoring app. Whenever I had any concerns, the team was quick and reassuring in their responses. Dr. Leroy is a true perfectionist with an eye for detail, and he kept fine-tuning my treatment until the results were absolutely perfect.

I also had veneers done for my front teeth, and they turned out beautifully as well. The clinic itself is centrally located, easy to access with convenient parking, and has a warm, pleasant ambience. The staff are always friendly and professional.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience and would highly recommend Dr.Leroy and this clinic to friends and family.

It’s hard to overlook i.Dental, given the clinic’s longevity (open since 1989) and the number of Invisalign cases it has treated (5,327 as of 2025).

They also have some advanced tech, like the iTero scanner we mentioned earlier. Patients can even upload snaps through the AI-powered Dental Monitoring app, letting specialists track progress remotely.

iDental’s range is noteworthy, too. Cosmetic, wellness, restorative, and general dentistry treatments are offered, which saves patients from bouncing to another clinic for a different solution.

Just prepare your savings and inquiries. Invisalign treatments here are steep, and you really have to ask questions about the pricing breakdown to avoid hidden costs, as per our interviewees.

The customer service isn’t up there yet either. Complaints regarding unfriendly behaviour, late notifications, and long waiting hours have been brought up.

On a more positive note, the dental team is well-regarded, with the crew led by the internationally-trained Dr Cheng Eng Wah.
