HIGH TECH ROOFING is a fitting name. Since opening in 2020, this roofer has been using industry-leading tools and materials like thermal imaging for improved diagnoses and torch-on membranes.

The crew handling the goods can sort out water leakage or seepage within a day or two. Rain barely slows things down, thanks to PU injections that set rapidly even in wet conditions.

Metal roofing is within their scope, too. That’s neat if you’re looking for extra wind protection.

Stalin (the boss) also supervises every job himself. The guy is quite upfront with his advice and only recommends what’s needed.

Response times haven’t always been quick, though, and you might have to sit idly before getting them, given HIGH TECH’s demand.

Fortunately, locking them in means booking a multi-specialist team. Leakage fixes aside, they can handle awning and painting works.

The results only seal their spot, with several clients, some teammates included, reporting zero leakage post-completion. Sites are typically left clean after jobs, too.

In terms of comms, their customer service reps will call you first to explain the process, schedule on-site inspections, and unpack quotes transparently. You don’t have to pay for the latter.

Where they fall a tad short is turnaround time; some minor delays due to weather have been noted before. K.K.’s office also shuts down on Sundays, whereas most alternatives operate daily.

If reasonable pricing matters more, then you can overlook both issues. Their rates have remained Singapore-friendly despite using highly-regarded brands like Bondall and Nippon Paint, and that has kept some clients loyal for over a decade.

TRS doesn’t charge for site inspections and estimates either, and they can respond to emergency repair requests when available.

Above all, they commonly adhere to the discussed timelines and quotes. Even jobs involving roofs as old as 60 years were completed on time.

The downside is that some jobs aren’t taken on, particularly if TRS lacks confidence in resolving the issue or doesn’t have enough manpower at the time of request.

Roofing Singapore is a bizSAFE Level 3-certified and government-approved roofing specialist that has been around for over 20 years.

Service-wise, you can hire them for end-to-end solutions, even gutter cleaning and polycarbonate roofing. Most jobs are covered by a warranty of up to 5 years.

Almost every roofing type is within their capabilities. Think metal, pitched tile, composite, and awning roofs.

Another neat perk is not having to pay for on-site inspections and quotes. Like their actual repair work, both processes are done efficiently.

We can’t say it’s perfect, though, as “ghosting” concerns have been flagged by a couple of clients. You must also factor in the absence of Sunday hours when booking.

Good thing Roofing Singapore operates at a scale where manpower issues rarely come up. They’re a large outfit that can handle industrial projects, mind you.
