Just be aware that weekend group class schedules finish fairly early at 2:00 PM on weekends. Restricted weekend afternoon hours can limit training flexibility for late risers.
Friendly vibe & a great first trial class!
Did my first trial class here and had a really good experience.
Coach Markus was excellent – very friendly, fun, and clear with the instructions. The session was well-structured, beginner-friendly, and still a solid workout.
Great atmosphere overall. Would definitely recommend this gym for anyone looking to try Muay Thai.

We also appreciate their supportive coaches who guide students through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques and strike conditioning that sharpen focus fast.
These mix of comprehensive Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) classes build core agility through targeted grappling drills.
Moreover, mixing dynamic technique work with strength conditioning ensures your athletic confidence grows with every visit because workouts stay genuinely engaging.
One thing to note is that shared training spaces across different sports mean open mat times aren’t available all day long. These scheduled group sessions take up most mat availability.
Affordable, Beginner-Friendly, and a Sweet River View
The coaches here are very friendly and know lots of technique. A Muay Thai place with a good river view. I go there twice a week and the price is very reasonable. Don’t need to worry if you’re a beginner. I start my Muay Thai here as well.

Their clear skill stages ensure you don’t feel overwhelmed or lost, so building real fighting confidence happens naturally at your own pace.
Plus, this gym’s structured core sessions pack heavy shadow work, partner drills, and one-on-one pad training into high-energy workouts. This focused coaching refines your striking form.
We also appreciate that they pair group skill sessions with personal trainers, giving you total control over your fitness journey.
That said, the advanced technique and sparring sessions require basic experience first. So, jumping into the ring on day one isn’t a good idea for total beginners.
Welcoming, patient coaches, and a great environment
Went for my first trial class today (Muay Thai Core) and the environment was really great! Shoutout to the coaches and staff who were super friendly and welcoming. As a total beginner, the coaches were super patient with teaching the fundamentals and I was able to pick up faster than expected. I didn’t feel as intimidated and there’s a good balance in terms of gender ratio.
Didn’t hesitate to sign up for the membership and I look forward to future classes and getting better at the sport 🙂
