The Best Paediatric Massage Clinics in Singapore Parents Trust

  • Experience and certifications - We prefer clinics that employ paediatric massage therapists with more than three years of experience and are certified by renowned organisations like the International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM).
  • Safety and hygiene - We picked clinics that follow strict hygiene practices and use safe, child-friendly oils and lotions. We also chose those that provide child-friendly environments with gentle lighting and cosy spaces.
  • Accessibility - We looked at whether these clinics are near major roads and public transit stations. We also checked whether they’re open on most days of the week.
  • Professionalism - We evaluated whether their paediatric massage therapists are always on time for their appointments and treat their clients kindly. We also considered whether they respond to enquiries quickly.
  • Price fairness - We assessed whether their prices are fair considering their experience, hygiene protocols, accessibility, and discounts for multiple sessions.

I always want the best for my kid, making sure he eats properly, stays active, and gets all the care he needs to grow up strong. But sometimes, there are little things I just can’t fix, like tummy aches and stress.

That’s how I discovered paediatric massage, a gentle therapy that helps kids relax, improves digestion, and even eases certain aches.

Honestly, I wasn’t sure at first. But after a few sessions, I saw the difference! Now, it’s something I recommend to fellow parents looking for a simple way to support their child’s well-being.

To make things easier, I’ve made a list of the best paediatric massage clinics in Singapore so you can find a trusted place to try it out.

Chong Hoe Healthcare TCM is where I take my kid for paediatric massages, and honestly, it’s been a solid choice. They’ve been around since 1957, and they’ve expanded over the years with four locations across Singapore.

A huge reason why we go here is their specialty in paediatric tuina massages, a gentle therapy that stimulates specific acupoints. It has really helped with my son’s sinus congestion.

Since they offer discounts for multiple sessions, it’s easy for me to schedule repeat visits without spending too much.

I also like their loyalty program, which lets us earn points for more discounts. I usually use them to grab herbal tea blends from their store.

The only catch is that they get fully booked fast. So if you need a slot, book at least three days ahead or risk waiting longer than expected.

Pros

  • More than 60 years of experience
  • 4 locations in Singapore
  • Staff speaks English and Mandarin
  • Specialises in paediatric tuina massages
  • Discounts for multiple sessions
  • Has a loyalty program

Cons

  • Tends to get fully booked quickly
  • Inconsistent operating hours

Always a pleasant visit at this clinic

“My go-to place for TCM. I’ve been with Physician Pansy for a while now to treat my gastric reflux & it has been working so far. Always a pleasant visit at this clinic. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a professional TCM.”

    Have always had positive experiences

“Been visiting for some time now for both my kids and I, and have always had positive experiences. Treatments have been effective. Really appreciate that the physicians are of the same generation and well versed in English so it’s easier to understand TCM principles as a young millennial myself. The clinic is also always clean and comfortable.”

Another Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) clinic that offers paediatric massages is Madam Partum. They were founded in 2017 as a subsidiary company of Chien Chi Tow, a nationwide chain of TCM clinics.

They also offer paediatric tuina massages, which can be helpful in resolving your child’s respiratory and digestive problems.

Furthermore, for an additional fee, you can have them do a home visit so you don’t need to make a trip to their clinic on Tanjong Katong Road.

It’s also good that they have an e-Wallet Credit system, which basically lets you preload credits for future bookings. Not a huge deal, but it can make planning for your kid’s future sessions a lot easier.

Sadly, I do find their prices to be quite above average. It should also be noted that they sometimes cancel appointments at the last minute.

    Pros

    • Almost 10 years of experience
    • Specialises in paediatric tuina massages
    • Can do home visits
    • Has an e-Wallet Credit System

    Cons

    • Above-average prices
    • Sometimes cancels appointments abruptly

The masseurs here had great skills

“Great ambience, superb service and I really would love to share that the masseurs here had great skills. Mr Loo did a full body Tuina treatment for me and it was really on point. He helped to solve some of the backaches that I have and was really attentive to how I feel. Uncle Eric did my foot massage and it was really amazing too. Right amount of pressure, not too painful, and I almost fell asleep. The customer service specialist Kymberly made me feel really welcome all the time.

Kudos to the team for the wonderful experience. It’s my second time here and will definitely be back again. Will recommend my friends to try out the massage and TCM treatments here!”

      The service was top-notch

“I had a wonderful experience with my postpartum massage therapist Ms Chang Kui. The service was top-notch, and she was skilful in relieving my aches and tension. I really appreciate the valuable tips and advice on TCM she shared, enhancing the overall wellness aspect of the session. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a knowledgeable and skilled massage therapist!”

Health2u, a local physiotherapy clinic, has a branch focused entirely on women’s health and baby care called Health2Mama. They’ve been offering baby massages for almost a decade, helping with digestion and body development.

And what’s good is that you don’t even have to leave the house, as they can do home visits. They also offer discounts if you prepay for multiple sessions, which is great if you’re looking to save money.

What I like most, though, is their Baby Massage Workshop, where parents can learn how to do it themselves.

Sadly, their paediatric massage is really just for infants. If your child is past that stage, you’ll need to find other options.

      Pros

      • Almost 10 years of experience
      • Specialises in baby massages
      • Can do home visits
      • Discounts for multiple sessions
      • Has a Baby Massage Workshop

      Cons

      • Massage therapy is mainly for infants
      • No proper online booking system

Health2u is exactly what I needed!

“Health2u is exactly what I needed! I was able to book a home appointment super fast, which helped me release my sore back. Will book again, and definitely recommend!”

City Osteopathy and Physiotherapy is a physiotherapy clinic that has 15 years of experience helping kids from infancy to adolescence. They’re pretty accessible since they have seven locations across the city and can do home visits if needed.

One of the best things about them is their huge team of physiotherapists who specialise in paediatric massages that are designed to help with conditions like scoliosis, colic, and torticollis.

They also offer a Developmental Milestones Assessment Program, where they track whether your child is hitting key developmental stages and provide necessary treatment if needed.

However, their treatments don’t come cheap, so you’ll probably want to consider other options first. Plus, requiring credit card details upfront for booking may not sit well with everyone.

They both feel comfortable and safe in the clinic

“My children (2 and 7 months) have been seeing Dr. Haseeb for the last 6 months. His gentle approach has been absolutely perfect and my kids have steadily worked through each issue needing attention. They both feel comfortable and safe in the clinic and are happy to be there. The office staff is incredibly kind and helpful. I cannot recommend enough!”

        Great as my daughter’s physiotherapist

“Hillary is great as my daughter’s physiotherapist. My daughter had a right ankle fracture. During the initial sessions, she could not even climb up or down the takes properly. Hillary worked with my daughter to strengthen her right leg and also increase her ankle mobility. Hillary engaged in conversations with my daughter and knows which exercises can help with leg strengthening. Hillary also sends emails on the exercises which need to be done at home. I would recommend her as a physiotherapist.”

If your kid has eczema, Oriental Remedies Clinic is a TCM clinic worth considering. Founded in 2013, they blend traditional TCM with modern treatments, available at four locations across Singapore.

Their standard paediatric massage services focus on improving immunity and digestion. Meanwhile, their specialised eczema treatment takes a long-term approach that combines paediatric massage with dietary tweaks, herbal remedies, and acupuncture to help reduce flare-ups.

Another good thing is that they provide treatment packages at discounted rates, which can be shared with other family members. I think it can be a pretty good deal if you’re aiming for long-term care.

That said, I’m disappointed that they sometimes forget to respond to enquiries. They also sometimes cancel or reschedule appointments at the last minute, which can be frustrating.

        Pros

        • More than 10 years of experience
        • 4 locations in Singapore
        • Offers specialised eczema treatment
        • Offers treatment packages

        Cons

        • Sometimes misses enquiries
        • Sometimes cancel appointments abruptly

I was able to see great improvements to my eczema

“I have had eczema that has been ongoing for a few months, which has caused me a great amount of distress and discomfort. I chanced upon Oriental Remedies as I was searching for an alternative to steroidal treatments. After just 2-3 sessions with Physician Yap, I was able to see great improvements to my eczema. Other than my eczema, he was able to identify and treat other health issues that I was unaware of. Additionally, Physician Yap and all the staff made me feel very comfortable during all my visits. Thank you so much !! 😋”

The best TCM clinic I’ve visited

“Oriental Remedies Clinic (Jurong East) is the best TCM clinic I’ve visited. I’ve been diagnosed with scoliosis for a couple of years. Physician Sim has managed to ease the pain by curating specific treatment plans such as acupuncture and medical Chinese medicine. She listens to every whims every week without fail. She’s knowledgeable and talented for someone young. I’m thankful for crossing paths with Physician Sim. She’s such a sweetheart and life saver. Thank you!🙏”
