We also like that most of the outlets are close to shopping malls and MRT stations, making it easier to visit in case we need to. 

Some reasons for us to go in person include self-service washing and pick-up of freshly cleaned clothes. 

We think you might prefer picking up your clothes, too, since the minimum price for pick-up and delivery is $50, which is a bit too pricey for our liking.
