VivoCity Sky Park is my go-to for a semi-indoor picnic in Singapore. It has shaded seating areas and panoramic views of Sentosa and the harbour.

With clean and well-ventilated rooms, it’s perfect for an intimate get-together with friends or family. You can book the Deluxe Room for 4 people starting at S$60 for a 2-hour session, making it an affordable choice for an indoor picnic or any small event.
