Contact: +65 6980 8465 / +65 9812 9857
Hours: Monday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 10:30 PM
Most neighbourhood wellness spots feel like bright clinics, but The Upsara Spa builds a quiet Balinese escape using hand-carved wood and warm lighting.
Their thermal areas and saltwater jacuzzis are separated by gender, so you get real privacy without feeling self-conscious.
After a heat session, you can choose a body treatment that suits your needs. The Deep Tissue Massage helps ease stubborn muscle knots, while the Aromatherapy Massage uses essential oils to create a more relaxing experience.
If you enjoy traditional bodywork, you can also check out our guide to TCM Tui Na massage before choosing a treatment.
But keep in mind, they’re not a dedicated bathhouse. Additionally, walk-in guests depend on room and therapist availability.
We will definitely come back for more
We were pleasantly surprised with the Sauna & Jacuzzi which we were allowed to spend unlimited time at within the opening hours of the spa. We ended our time with tasty light refreshments. Overall a luxurious time spent at Upsara Spa. We will definitely come back for more.

Address: 1 Raffles Link, #01-01
Contact: +65 8588 1785
Hours: Monday to Sunday, 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Shelter by RF makes recovery easier by bringing hot saunas, cold plunges, warm pools, and compression therapy together in one welcoming space.
When we spoke with a staff member, they explained a simple routine for beginners and showed us how long to spend in each area.
The club also makes it easy to fit recovery into your day, especially before or after a workout. You can move between the hot saunas, cold plunges, and warm pools to help your body relax and recover.
The heat, in particular, helps loosen tight muscles and supports circulation.
Plus, the staff provide bath towels, face towels, and swimwear at the front desk. You can even stop by straight from the office without packing a gym bag.
However, guests must be at least 18 years old to enter. The club’s multiple locations can also cause confusion when booking on the go.
It has become my happy place for my head, heart and soul
This place is the perfect retreat for both body and mind. The combination of three cold plunges at different temperatures, a warm plunge and sauna leaves you feeling completely refreshed and relaxed. It has become my happy place for my head, heart and soul.

Shelter has easily become one of my favourite recovery spaces
Shelter has easily become one of my favourite recovery spaces. The facilities are amazing with a huge sauna, warm magnesium bath, and three levels of cold plunges (7–10°C, 5–7°C, and 3–5°C). Everything’s super clean and thoughtfully set up. Even the showers with Aesop soap feel like a treat hahah

g.spa runs 24 hours a day with full thermal facilities, dining, and skilled massage therapists. That round-the-clock access is a lifesaver for shift workers or executives leaving the office late.
They also let you enjoy their facilities at your own pace instead of rushing through a timed session. You can switch between the dry sauna and wet steam room whenever you like, giving your body time to relax before heading to the dining area.
Couples or friends looking for a similar all-day soak often compare it to Singapore’s best Japanese onsens when planning a weekend retreat.
However, their group services may create a less relaxing experience for guests who prefer a quiet and peaceful setting.
To add, their Guillemard Road location is a long trek for West Singapore residents.
The sauna is hot enough, warm pools are at the perfect temp with a good-sized steam room
Gspa is definitely the best bathhouse in Singapore by far with a competitive price and clean facilities! The dining area is spacious and clean with a delicious ala carte buffet. Have been here over 10 times and has never failed to disappoint. The sauna is hot enough, warm pools are at the perfect temp with a good sized steam room. It also has ready iced towels for sauna users as well as an ice bath. A hidden gem undiscovered by the younger crowd that will continue to be the iconic bathhouse in Singapore for years to come.

The temperature zones are dialled in for different kinds of tension. Their dry room sits between 85°C and 90°C to get your circulation moving, while the 42°C to 45°C steam room uses dense humidity to ease stiff joints.
A friend of mine dropped by after a long run and loved that towels and toiletries were waiting in the changing room.
But keep in mind that guests must wear swimwear at all times. To add, Mondays are reserved for women only.
