Helpful Staff & Fast-Acting Meds!
The two ladies in here were friendly, helpful, and polite. Initially we were offered a Western brand nasal spray, but my research indicated we should use Sato brand, which was several dollars cheaper. I asked if both were comparable, they said yes, and then we also bought some cold medicine for my wife.
The nasal spray worked quickly, and the cold medicine has put my wife into a 2 hour nap. So far, so good. We would be happy to return to this pharmacy.

Great Selection and Accommodating Attendants
They have a lot of stocks from different brands. Most of the instruction of the products that they are selling are in English and the drug store attendant is accommodating with the questions and suggest brands which are effective.

The store within the Fairprice may be a little small but the customer service is always assured enhanced with the presence of a pharmacist on duty most of the time! One can just pick up the required medicine and the taxi stand is just outside Unity Pharmacy !

The Gold Standard of Pharmacists
There are pharmacists and there are Pharmacists. Although I have Guardian Pharmacies nearer to where I live, I have been going to the Guardian Pharmacy at Novena Square only because Mr. John Knaggs attends to me. He is patient, knowledgeable, compassionate and a treasure trove of information. I met a young lady who was interning there. She is lucky to have John Knaggs as mentor. John Knaggs should be the gold standard for pharmacists and to-be pharmacists can take a leaf from his book. Thank you John for all you do for the community, especially senior citizens like me.
